Thanks to my cousin (via marriage) Lauren I have discovered an amazing bread book! Bernard Clayton's New Complete Book of Breads is absurdly delicious!
There is something about making bread that makes every sensory bone in my body come alive! I've checked this book out from the library and hope I can keep renewing it:)
Today I'm going to try the Blue Ribbon Italian loaf that Lauren made for a family Christmas. It was amazing!!! I just might need to ask for my very own copy for my birthday... November seems so far away;) Waiting is good for my character (i'm going to repeat this to myself many times today).
